These days, many youth in Korea suffer from unemployment. They blame it on the government's carelessness, the unstable economy, shortage of ideal jobs and so on. The youth unemployment rate in Korea is at record high levels these days. In order to heighten one's prospects of getting a job, one has to try to become more competitive than others.
So, in my opinion, this serious problem could be solved beginning with the applicant himself. In fact, through the recruiting sites, many companies are looking for applicants, however why is the unemployment rate still rising, nowadays?
Actually, everyone has their own individual dream. Some people want to be a researcher, other people want to be a engineer, and so on. But I think we should negotiate between our ideals and reality. There is a huge disparity between the typical applicant's expectations concerning what they want and what is actually available. If an applicant's expectations exceed, the employers willingness to give. Then the applicant is stuck in between unemployment and unsatisfaction.
Therefore, applicants should be find the job daringly. But not too much. Learn to accept what is available. they have to start work at the bottom of the ladder. Be patient and be steady. And then, they can meet your dream. We are the source of our future. Don't waste precious time for finding a little better condition of job. We should feel it's hard time, but it'll be strong column for our career when we looking back.
the problem is both sides, employers and unemployed people, have different needs. they don't want to yield first. that makes me smile bittely.
